Wright Management & Realty is committed to finding qualified tenants. Occasionally, a renter is not able to fulfill their obligation like a job relocation or military assignment. Upon the tenant paying you a 2-month fee to break a lease and within the 12 month lease contract, we will place another qualified tenant for free

She has significant experience working in new home construction and understanding the process of working with builders until move in.

Peggy Barber specializes in leasing and tenant placement. She works with landlords and investors on placing qualified tenants into rental properties in a quick time. She is highly skilled at negotiation and creating a postive tenant and landlord experience.

Rachel Joy handles all office administrative tasks related to property management, leasing, and vendor management. She is our task master who excels under pressure to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business is running smoothly!

Vivian Michaels is bilingual in English and Chinese. She brings a wealth of experience and holds an M.B.A from the University of Illinois (Chicago). Vivian will be assisting clients with buying and selling of residential properties in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and act as a consultant on primary and investment properties.

You pay nothing up-front. We’re only compensated when we place a qualified tenant in your home that you approve. And with no lease renewal fees, maintenance fees, or any other junk fees, you’ll be able to spend your money on things that matter.

We want you to feel comfortable with the entire property management process. You make the final decision to accept or deny each applicant and have control over maintenance spending.
